1. Agreement
By accessing netflux-talkon.one or enrolling in programs operated by Netflux Talkon Institute (“we”, “us”), you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site or services.
2. Services description
We provide cohort-based technical education, mentor reviews, and related informational materials. Course descriptions are illustrative; schedules and mentors may change with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and communications
When you submit forms or email us, you warrant that your contact details are accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding access to any accounts or magic links we issue.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, curricula, and lab materials are protected. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or automated scraping is prohibited.
5. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with site security, upload malware, harass staff or learners, or misrepresent affiliations. We may suspend access for violations.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in programs. Aggregate liability for any claim relating to free informational use of the site is limited to THB 1,000 unless mandatory law states otherwise.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights that cannot be waived.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or suspend access where necessary to protect learners, staff, or systems.
