Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to tuition and fees published on this site for Netflux Talkon Institute cohort programs. Informational resources offered without charge are outside monetary refund scope.
2. Cooling-off period
Where you purchase remotely as a consumer under applicable Thai consumer protection rules, you may withdraw within fourteen (14) days from the purchase date without giving a reason, provided cohort access has not been substantially consumed (see exceptions).
3. Eligibility for full refund
Full refunds are available within the cooling-off period if no digital keys, personalized mentor reviews, or live sessions have been delivered to you. Administrative fees disclosed at checkout, if any, may be deducted where permitted by law.
4. Partial refunds and non-refundable items
After the cooling-off period, or once you access more than twenty percent of published materials or attend a live session, refunds are discretionary and may be prorated. Certificate issuance fees and third-party exam vouchers, if offered, are non-refundable once ordered.
5. Process
Email refunds@netflux-talkon.one with your enrollment ID, cohort name, and reason. We respond within five business days with a decision and timeline.
6. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original paying method where possible; otherwise account transfer details may be requested securely.
7. Cancellations by us
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another start date. Force-majeure events follow the same principle where feasible.
