Do you record live mentor sessions?

Yes, with speaker consent. Recordings omit breakout rooms. Download links expire after the cohort ends unless extended in writing.
Is hybrid attendance mandatory?
No. Desk time is optional for programs marked hybrid; remote participants receive the same agenda. We do not subsidize travel.
Will you rewrite my production code?
Mentors review lab repositories and sample services you bring within scope. They do not SSH into employer systems.
Are certificates recognized by universities?
We issue a certificate of completion describing hours and topics. It is not a university degree and should be presented honestly to employers.
What is your average satisfaction format?
Internal exit surveys for 2024 averaged 9.1/10 on clarity of feedback, not employment outcomes. We publish modest numbers only.
How large are cohorts?
Most tracks cap near eighteen seats to keep mentor ratios workable. Exact caps vary by track and are listed on each course page.
What do you explicitly not promise?
We do not promise hiring, salary changes, or production incident response. We teach durable practices; applying them remains your responsibility.
Can you customize a private cohort for our company?
Sometimes. Lead time is typically eight weeks and requires a scoped statement of work. Public site prices do not apply.
